  • A: If the trip is cancelled by the skipper you will have the option of any deposit being returned or you may book another day. If you unexpectedly cancel all deposits will be forfeited.

  • Q: Can I decide where we go or what species we fish for?
  • A: Yes, this should be done at the time of booking and we will do our best to accommodate you.

  • Q: Is alcohol allowed on the boat?
  • A: No

  • Q: Can I smoke on the boat?
  • A: Yes but please be mindful of those that don't smoke, if someone has to move because of smoke it should be you.

  • Q: Is there somewhere near the marina that I can buy food and drink or get cash?
  • A: Yes the marina is less than 5mins walk from the town centre. Cash machines, fast food, cafes, news agents etc are all close by.

  • Q: I live a long way from the sea, can departure times be altered to allow time to get there?
  • A: Yes, this should be agreed at the time of booking and we will do everything we can to make your day as enjoyable as possible.

  • Q: Can you supply directions to the boat?
  • A: Yes here is a link to the marina web site it has lots of information including directions www.premiermarinas.com

  • Q: What happens if I get sea sick?
  • A: If you think you may be susceptible to sea sickness you should take over the counter medication. If you are taking prescription medication you should discuss this with the pharmacist. Avoid alcohol, eat breakfast, keep hydrated. If you become sea sick during your trip you should discuss an early finish with your colleagues; the skipper and crew will keep an eye on you and we will only impose a return to port if in our opinion your condition starts to become a concern. The full fee for the day will be payable.

  • Q: Can I hire fishing tackle from the boat?
  • A: Rod and reel use is provided in the boat hire charges.

  • Q: Can I bring my children?
  • A: Yes you can bring the whole family, children, wife, grandad and grandma too. We have easy access doors on both sides of the boat so no climbing over gunwales just open the door and step on. We have clean modern toilet facilities with a hand wash basin. The only stipulation is that children that are too small to wear an adult life jacket (usually around 10 years old) must be supervised at all times.
